The Policy is set, now what?

• Getting things done, and right.
• The first tests - What to test, how to and how much to test. How do you know the system is what was promised.
• The technical gurus is done, how do we keep the solution alive? - What about support, training, the knowledge transfer.
• Can we actually live with this solution? - Taking the last checkpoint after the first pilot phase.
